Growing baby greens has been in practice for a very long time, yet it has only attracted the attention of North American consumers for a short while. Veg Pro International has made it a priority to offer the freshest and highest quality baby greens and further developing our own blends, each one as original and tasty as the other.

Spring Mix

Fresh Attitude Spring Mix is a blend of 7 to 13 varieties of baby greens starting with a traditional Romaine to a bold Arugula and an elegant Lollo Rossa created to give style and originality to your appetizers, all the while providing a medley of flavours, each one as refined as the other.

Quantities per skid:

  • Bag, 1.5 lbs: 140 boxes x 2 bags per skid;
  • Plastic container, 1 lb (454 g) : 48 boxes x 6 containers per skid;
  • Plastic container, 5 oz (142 g) : 78 boxes x 8 containers per skid.

Storage & Handling:

Store mesclun upon delivery at a temperature of 35oF (l.67oC). It will not keep as long stored at a warmer temperature. Avoid storing near fruit that releases ethylene, as it will spoil more rapidly.

San Marino Mix

As an essential ingredient in San Marino, Arugula adds a touch of class to the other colourful baby greens such as Lollo Rossa, Mizuna and Spinach within the blend. For its subtle peppery flavour and ease of preparation, “Fresh Attitude” San Marino Mix is fine cuisine at your finger tips in your own home.

What better to delight your guests than “Fresh Attitude” Oriental Mix, where you will be treated to baby greens each one more original and exclusive than the other, such as subtle Tatsoi, tangy Mustard, tender Red Spinach and mustardy Mizuna. Exotic and abundantly fragrant, Fresh Attitude Oriental Mix is the mesclun of choice for sophisticated palates.
