Shrimp and Spinach Salad

 4 servings as an appetizer

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of Fresh Attitude Baby Spinach
  • 20 uncooked shrimps

 

 

Dressing

  • 1 dry shallot finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoon of peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of nut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Préparation

  1. Cook the shrimps in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients together.
  3. Put the shrimps on the spinach and drizzle with dressing
